Which lab for B&W film developing?

Is there a commercial B&W developing service at an inexpensive rate or is this such a service unavailable at a discount rate?

For 35mm I think the prices at various shops are similar - about $8/roll for processing only; some places charge for pushing, pulling, etc... A&I (aandi.com) is reputable, but there are several others.

I had one roll of Tmax 100 developed and scanned by them recently. Clean developing and good scans.
