The Standard has its own, tiny, galilean finder. Also, the rewind knob is thinner than the one on the picture. Looks more like a I(C) with its finder removed. I seriously doubt it's a Leica.

The lens is not a summaron. The lever is more like a Canon's indeed. Finder could well be a recent Zeiss and the camera might indeed be a I.

I was just curious. It is quite a beautiful camera and I've been jonzing for a rangefinder-less / viewfinder-less Leica for awhile.

I'm thinking Leica Standard, Zeiss 25mm VF (with 28mm framelines), and a Canon 28mm is what this is... but I'm thrown off by the lack of built-in VF on the body.

I kind of like the Zeiss finder... plus, if I were to buy a Zeiss finder, then I could use it on my M8.2 with a 21mm lens (which would look good and feel right). I might have to bite this guys rig more or less. Something like a Ic, a 28mm Voigtlander, and the Zeiss or CV VF.
