I really like B&W and Color. I like how they present the photos. And they do focus on photos, rather than equipment and techniques. The prices of each issue are reasonable too, though I don't get why B&W is more expensive than Color.
I also used to read Photolife which offers something about all aspects of photography, but recent issues have been seriously lacking.
I don't like the magazines that are too focused on equipment or Photoshop and printed on poor quality paper.
