Which smart phone have excellent camera quality?

As you know there are many smart phones have HD camera.
I always love sony ericsson phones, and they provide us great camera quality. Few months ago sony have launch "xperia T" that is 13mpx. The picture quality is unbelieve able. I am really impressed.
But i want to know which smart phones is your favorite and you are inspired by his camera.

I've got an Xperia Arc, which I purchased pretty much just for the camera. I've made 5x7 lab prints from photos taken on it which turned out very nicely. Using the vignette app (even on 'no filter' I find it handles noise and sharpness better than the stock android camera app) it not only rivals but surpasses my existing point-and-shoot.

None of them. Even the best camera in smart phones are mediocre, at best.
