Who shot this image?

Hello All,

I saved this photo a year or so ago on my iPad. I was interested in the tonality. Now, however, I can't recall who the photographer is!

I have tried reverse image search via Google and (surprisingly) it provides no help.

Any ideas?

It has the look of a W.Eugene Smith ? Probably not, but there is a similarity.

Just tried. Like Google, 0 results ... (Thanks though, as I had never heard of tineye ...)
