Who works on Leica lenses?

Who other than Focal Point works on Leica lenses? I have an Elmar M 50mm f2.8 with balsam breakdown within the front elements. Focal Point does not answer my emails.

I'm not asking about routine repairs and CLAs. Specifically, what repair service is capable of taking apart lens elements, recementing, and reassembling correctly? It is not clear to me that Don, Sherry, and the other usual people necessarily take on this kind of thing. Anyone have any input? I may try to contact Focal Point again, but as mentioned they have not so far answered my emails.

I've used Focal Point four times now and had excellent service but it is expensive. I've not had balsam separation done but I suspect it would cost more than the lens is worth. Good Luck, Joe
