Why you like street photography..

Because it's all I have

Because it's all I have

But also because it allows me to act intuitively and not have to think. Thinking huts :-(

I like it just because there are lots of images/situations waiting for being recorded forever.
It´s an everchanging landscape which is allways "new" as nothing is the same a "th" of a second later, even being the same scenario.
It´s anyone´s ability to find this "instants" and record them.
I´m trying... to be able.

not exactly because it's there. sort of like what they say about self-portraiture. it's always available.

plus, it's fun and challenging.

now, please, please, please put some of these photos on my flickr group, tough street photography! http://www.flickr.com/groups/tsp

An Ego Thing

An Ego Thing

It's an Ego thing. Now that I have captured you in my little box you cannot possibly escape. I control you forever.

hinius. I like your photos! What film/developer did you use with the first picture?

/matti

Shhhhh, don't tell anyone, the first picture is DIGITAL (and the camera wasn't even a RANGEFINDER!) Hopefully the world won't come to an end as a result of that revelation :D

Still breathe it!!

Thanks Gab man! The air in Melbourne is a little smoky for the last few days because of the fires. *cough* #splutter#.

I feel the need to watch someone drink water...

ehem... Well what I wanted to say was, of cource, that, eh, I liked all your pictures BUT the first picture... And I was wondering if the developer was very old and mixed with beer or something. ;) Great shots, anyway.
