Will a Jupiter 12 fit the Canon P?

Actually, no, I haven't bought one....I'm considering a Canon 35mm/2.8 actually, instead...but I haven't decided yet.

Fedka couldn't offer any advice--he doesn't have a P handy to test.

Finally got around to trying the J-12 on my P.

No extra room, but it does fit and seems to focus alright.

I popped a few frames and will check it out.

This is a black version # N7601XXX labeled

"Made in USSR" that normally 'lives' on a Zorki 1d.
