Will an Omega lens fit on a beseler lens board?

Im looking at a schneider 80mm enlarger lens but it says omega on it, I think it has the nut on it too. Can it be used with a beseler 23cii lens board without any problems?

Should do. Most enlarger lenses are 39mm thread.

Yes, there are some Schneider made "Omega" Componon lenses, but they are just Schneider lenses with "Omega" printed somewhere on them. You may need to get a retaining ring for the lens if it doesn not already have one.
