Morning all...
I spent Saturday clearing through my house to make room for some new (and large!) equipment that's arriving Monday, and as a result find myself looking at a large pile of things I own but never use.
One of these is a Jupiter-8 50/2 lens I picked up online about 8 months ago for a few bucks. I don't have an adapter so have never even fitted it to my R3M.
It's chrome, minor marks on glass, apeture opens/closes freely and the focus ring turns smoothly. No clicks on the apeture adjustment (I presume that's how they were made?).
First to post a pic of your RF with coffee and today's Sunday newspaper (showing the date) gets the lens. I'll bubble-wrap and post, no catches.
Restriction - open to Australians only, sorry to others (to keep the postage reasonable).
Why? Feeling content and happy, realising recently how lucky I have been, and inspired by the recent "Win a Gordy Wrist Strap" contest here about 3 weeks ago. Hopefully whoever wins will actually use the lens instead of keeping it packed away as I have, and show the results so we know if it's any good or not.
Cheers...
Fergus.
