"As a photographer, Garry Winogrand owns the sixties", that from an excellent essay by Leo Rubinfien called "The Man in the Crowd". Worth looking up, especially if you are going to see this show.

[Papercut]

it is a very small exhibit -- perhaps only 15 photos or so. But they are displayed very tastefully and the prints are gorgeous. Well worth a stop in if one is in downtown SF.
