Joe, such work can be very rewarding in itself, and can really contribute to your learners' life chances. Make sure the college folks know you can and will teach photography too, though. Colleges can open all kinds of doors for all kinds of people, not just the learners!

Well done, congrats! It sounds like interest work, exactly of the type that I personally am not capable of doing, so it's good that there are people like you out there who fit the bill.
