X pan in NYC

Hi All,
I have not been aorund much since I got into the deep dark hole of LF :)

We went to NYC last weekend for a ULF engagement...that is another story...but I drug the x pan out, dusted it off and remembered how much I love this guy. Figured I had a few I wanted to post so I stuck them here.

very nice...

i have been thinking about an xpan for awhile...been cropping to that format trying to experiment a bit.
 
thanks for posting these, I've always admired xpan shots, these show how much more of an immersive experience the aspect ratio is - like walking into a widescreen cinema for the first time. The ratio is 3:8?
