What a relief. Now I can decide on what to eat for breakfast.
Dude in the first video is so polished. He must be a "Pro".

Best advice: go to a camera store and try them out. Or better yet, rent them one at a time for a few days. Only way to know for sure. Unless you need or desire weather sealing then the choice is made.

fwiw, i chose the xt1 for two reasons: the several extra manual controls and what was touted as the biggest best evf around. well the controls are indeed what they are, a definite plus for me. but frankly i find the evf over rated by quite a bit. in bright light its awful. and its smaller and has noticeably less accuity than i had with the external evf for the sony rx1. perhaps that evf has permanently spoiled me, but that is the state of the art imo. i wouldnt even put the xt1's in the same sentence. btw, ive since sold the rx1, so i'm no sony fanboy. so if the vf is the major reason for spending the extra money, you may want to reconsider.
as far as size is concerned, i read alot about how big it is. its not. in fact i put it side by side my x100 and body for body its about the same. it has a nice natural grip, but i find my right index finger keeps inadvertently changing the RAW button on the front of the camera. and the focus assist button on the back, as well as the afl button, are not so easy for me to find without looking. those last two issues may indeed improve as i gain time with the camera. but on a size basis, i personally wouldnt want smaller if you plan to use it with some of the bigger native lenses.
