I recently read that with the X100 and the Fuji flashes you can get off-camera TTL flash by using a Canon flash cord. Has anyone tried this?
Thanks!

For the record, if you connect an EF-42 flash to an X100 via a Yongnuo OC-E3 (Canon) shoe cord, you retain TTL flash.

I just tried with a original Canon flash cord. This works very well.

Any TTL cord should work from my experience. I've never had a problem using a canon/nikon/whatever brand cord on any of the digital or film cameras I own.

I covered that already. It works, but you need to find a way to keep the cord from looping in front of the viewfinder.

Flash in left hand, camera in right hand, cord around the back of the neck.
