i just changed to a lance neck strap that i had around...will give that a try for a few days.

i used to use just wrist straps no matter the camera...anyone use a lance wrist strap? they look a bit bulky.

i have the lance wrist strap and personally i regret buying it, way too bulky for RF or fuji cameras and IMO not comfy.
i decided to keep it only on the Xpan.
neck strap on the other hand goes very well

Currently havin a coffee break from street shooting so thought I'd reply. I'm out with my X100 at the mo and it's wearing a leather wrist strap by Footprint. Guess it's pretty much a Gordy-esque strap.
I am however carrying my Retro 5 bag too.

I tired the Lance neck strap. Too bulkie near the camera lugs. Also could not wrap it around my wrist too comfortably.

Which is another way that I carry the X100 with a neck strap - wrapped around my wrist when it needs to be.

So many options 😀

I mostly use a homemade wrist strap, but sometimes a Black Rapid. It's easy to put the camera in a jacket pocket with the Black Rapid attached, when you need both hands.

I don't have an X-100 but did vote neck strap. I love the straps that come with the Bessa's. Comfortable to wear around the neck & also is great to wrap around my wrist when carrying the camera as I walk for that quick grab shot.

Funny, In all the time I've been photographing,I've never bumped my camera wearing a neck strap.I use a wrist strap on one of my 4/3 cameras and I gotta say I really hate using the thing.I'd rather wrap the neck strap around my wrist.I really enjoy using the Domke 1" swivel strap on all my cameras.7 cameras and 7 straps.

+1 on the Domke 1" Swivel. Great stuff.
