XA lightseal question

Im working oon my new to me XA and was wondering if the light seals should go on the inside of the camera back door or in the grooves inside the camera back(where the flim sits).

Thanks, I actually emailed with JOn last night and he sent me this link as well. I have some light seals "foamies" that I bought from him a while back. XA is all set with new seals and ready to shoot. Lunch break today!!
