XA vignetting...

I'm trying to remember why and when the vignetting happens on the XA. Every time I read something recently it seems to be inferred that it'll show up in all the photos. My experience is that it shows up only when using certain f stops or lighting conditions. It seems to vary in it's intensity, too. Any handy method to remember as a guide?

The wider the aperture the more the vignetting. Expect it to be obviously there down to f/4 and then gradually disappear.
