xe3 vs. xt20

The XE3 with a f1.4/35mm might just be the perfect set up.

My only hesitation comes from Sony of all places.
Since I started using an a7 for a universal back, I realize how much tonality the Fuji system is missing for print destined work.
For reportage style work that goes to the web... ok the Fuji is speedy and lightweight... I love them to cover events.
For still life and Landscape, I find I will definitely pick up the Sony from now on for digital along side MF film.
If the big S comes out with a rf shaped FF camera, I might kiss fuji bye-bye for that system.
Aside from the form factor and lenses, Those fuji ooc jpegs do also have some pull.

i have made the decision to stay with fuji...there will always be another company making great gear and i know that i'll be tempted...but for now, for me it's fuji...i have a bag full of fuji lenses and plan to keep buying more as i can afford them. the xe3 seems like it's going to be a great fit for me...i'm even thinking about keeping the xt20 as a side by side shooting team...the more i use the xt20 the more i like it with the bigger lenses.

Both are great little cameras. I have a friend who has the X-T20, and I’m impressed.

One of the considerations for me, all things being about equal between the bodies and specs, is that being right eye dominant, I much prefer the rear eyepiece to be on the far left of a camera body, rather than in the middle.

It’s one of the principal reasons I prefer rangefinders over SLRs for my photography.

Yes to that Brian. ^^^
I’m the same.
At this point I prefer AF or an EVF over rangefinders.
A left mounted vf is a big benifit though regardless of focus method.
TLR also is very nice.
