I doubt if they're really X-ray photographs. Note how well the newspaper shows up in the one of the bus.

No, they are real. Go to http://www.nickveasey.com/ and look under Process under the About header. According to it some of the larger photos are made up of over 500 images. Seems like a lot of work, but very cool results.

If I recall, the x-ray photo of the 747 is an actual x-ray photo of an actual 747. The catch is that it is constructed of multiple x-ray images that have been digitally assembled in photoshop.

The only x-ray image in the set that I really question is the bus. It would take a lot of juice (sevs?) to produce that image. I'd imagine that if is legitimate, then it is comprised of multiple images.

I wasn't aware a few sheets of paper were that opaque to X-rays.
