If I recall, the x-ray photo of the 747 is an actual x-ray photo of an actual 747. The catch is that it is constructed of multiple x-ray images that have been digitally assembled in photoshop.
The only x-ray image in the set that I really question is the bus. It would take a lot of juice (sevs?) to produce that image. I'd imagine that if is legitimate, then it is comprised of multiple images.
