I bought a Minolta SR-1 SLR camera this weekend. Along with it came a free Yachica Lynx. Both look new. Unfortunately, the Lynx rangefinder and focus ring are not working. 
The focusing ring requires quite a bit of force to move and the rangefinder does not align when the ring does move. The only marks on the camera are due to some knuckle-head :bang: taking a pair of pliers to the handle in the focus ring. I want to fix the camera so I can use it. It's too nice for me to learn repairing on it, so I am looking for someone to fix it. Everyone here seems knowledgable. Anybody want to give this nice camera a crack. If not....anyone know who can fix this camera. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try Mr Mark Hama. I hear he's the one you need to go to to get it fixed. I plan to send My Yashica EE to have the half mirror replaced on the viewfinder.
