Is there a Mark Hama equivalent on this side of the pond?

Postage costs and the the possibility of my camera being held up at customs are making me think twice about sending my camera to the states.

Have not heard. When I sent shutter (Konica III) to Greg Weber, I noted in customs declaration value and fact it's being sent for repair. Greg marked "being returned back from repair". Not sure if it played any role, probably they just didn't pay attention. That said, I wonder if that wouldn't help you?
