Yashica electro 35 G to GTN... which lens hood?

The original, short, metal lens hoods for the 45mm lenses are rare and expensive. Does anyone know of a trustworthy aftermarket alternative that does the job?

And if I already ask then an extra question: where do you get a well-fitting, useable 'ever-ready' case? I have this black 70s case from Yashica with space for the lens attachments (which I have but don't use), the original mini tripod and other accessories, but this box is way too big for me.
