How many pictures do you take in a single week?

Would you rather take more/less pictures and why?

Just write down the exact approximate number, the poll options was limiting.

0-1000. Depends on the week. During photokina week, probably 700. In the last 7 days, maybe 20 at the outside.

I generally shot exactly as many pictures as I want, but sometimes, when I get back, I realize there were things I missed, or places where I overshot, so it evens out. Probably I overshoot more than I undershoot.

Cheers,

R.

I shoot on a normal week at least 150. I would like to shoot more but I force myself not to visit the same places too often, and also to keep myself hungry.

But I really do love shooting a lot, I don't think there is such a thing as overshooting as long as each frame is from a different angle.

I've been averaging 24-36 shots with a mix of 35mm and 120.

I drive to work and get back after it is dark this time of the year so weekdays don't have many opportunities. My job doesn't involve photography so its just a weekend thing for me.

I'd like to shoot more because I and the most happy and relaxed while taking pictures, processing, etc. My main limiting factor is time and I don't see that changing any time soon.

I would say I average 36 exposures per week. I'm not terribly prolific. Not enough time for more shooting/developing/scanning. I would like to "up" that number, but I don't know where I'm going to find the time...

Oh, I forgot about the "why" part of this... Well, basically, I want to do a better job of documenting my life and some of my experiences a little bit better. That's actually why I just bought a scale focus 35; it will be my take-everywhere camera. I've been looking for a take-everywhere camera for awhile, but I wanted something that I could control depth-of-field with that wasn't too expensive. Scale Focus 35's seem to be the way to go.

Roughly 36 exposures a week if I shoot film - when I do digital, I'll easily shoot ten times as much. Experimentation with digital costs a lot less, so I do most of my experiments in digital.

I love my film Hexars, but developing, scanning and dedusting/despeckling can be very tedious.

I'm trying to hit the equivalent of two rolls of 35mm a week. Taking my camera everywhere and I usually find something to take a picture of...

When I'm working on a project a few hundred to a few thousand frames a week is a good guess, film and digital...

weekdays are limited to countless photos of my cat. i try to do something different on weekends, but it can be difficult. when i'm inspired i'll go through as many rolls as possible.

I shoot almost everyday. I send film off to the lab every week or so and the number of rolls varies from 5 to 10. I guess my average is a roll a day or a little more. Mostly 35mm with a few 120 rolls. Actually I would like to take more but I like to make prints of my best work and it's hard to keep up with printing and matting even at this rate. - jim
