Your Best Shot

Attached is a recent favourite, from the RFF meet in Antwerp this past Feb. It's not great, but it is one of the better shots I've taken in a while.

(Sorry for the shoddy digital post-processing.)

I saw that shot BJ. Very well seen. We all stood around that statue. You're the only one who got an interesting shot of it IMO. 🙂

I have just a few, but on the Top Five, this is one of them:

I am not sure this is my best shot, but it one of my personal favorites taken with a rangefinder.

well, yeah. We all hope that. But. . .you get the point. Best of what you have.

I like how we have 90% sarcastic posts and 1 actual reply here.

I wasn't being sarcastic, I really haven't taken my best...yet! Here is one I like alot though...

Love it, Gabriel.

I don't know about 'best', but I'm torn between a few of my shots that I really like. If I list them in no particular order, this one appears in there somewhere:

if i posted it she might get mad... we babysat her,now shes 19,longest reddest hair i ever have seen

i have over 1000 shots of redheads,my specialty
I really wish I could take a few myself. In Paris I really *really* wanted to take a picture of this girl who was helping with the traffic flow at Notre Dame; everything was perfect, the hair (red, btw), the eyes, the multicolored sweater, the grey skies, the wind. She said yes, and an instant later, she saw my mega SLR with the mega zoom, and gave me a polite but firm "non".

I think that was the turning point when I decided SLRs were not the best thing for that sort of thing... that same month I bought my first rangefinder. A year later, my first Leica.

Ok, so I may be stretching the definition of "my best image" a little far 🙂
I don't scan much but I have these hanging around from a recent france trip

I like this one because it was one of the first times I realized the benefit of an incident meter, and one of my first outings with the sole intention of "street shooting".
