The XA still does a great job - as, indeed, do the users who are posting here.
I'm ashamed to say that - for me - the convenience of digital has triumphed
, and I no longer use my XA. More fool me.

My first roll with an XA. Focusing is proving to be a problem, hard to see and hard to fine adjust the focusing. I may get better with practice.

Hi,
Their age means they work best outdoors these days. But they are great little cameras and started a whole new and wonderful trend in compacts.
Regards, David

There's some very creative stuff there.
I've got my XA on me, but I haven't tripped the shutter since the weekend. Might pop out at lunch.

not on par with the stuff from all the above (especially love the XA4 lightpainting stuff by 2wenty and the shot of Yankee Stadium by mretina) but I just got my XA last week so I figured I'd bump the thread when I got something I liked out of it.
after using a sharpie spot to alleviate the dark RF spot, I've shot three rolls. not as many keepers as my 35RC or 35SP but I'd be lying if I said I didn't love how darn compact and surprisingly ergonomic this thing is. definitely bringing it with me over the 35RC & SP to NYC next week on vacation. I've figured out that it gets sweet around 5.6-8, whereas I've been okay with wide or nearly-wide open with the others. also getting used to the shutter release sensitivity- I've wasted 3 frames already.
