Your favorite camera and lens combination of the moment?

For probably the last two years my most used camera/lens combo is my Chamonix 4x5 and 90mm Nikkor, at least in sheer square inches of film exposed.

In close second, lately, is my Rolleiflex and 7.5cm Tessar. But honorable mention to my ultimate walk-around shooter, my Leica III and Summitar 5cm f/2.

Interesting thread. Fun to read what others like to use.

For me it's a IIIc stepper with a 1947 50mm f3.5 Elmar but I got a very nice Summitar several months ago and it is seeing a lot of use. I like a small camera I can carry every day. Thanks for all the interesting responses. Joe

M (240) and a 2.0/75 Summicron.
Somewhat similar here... Today I started with the M (240) and 1.8/75mm Heliar and will use that combo for at least a few days. This is a favorite lens.

Not so favorite, for the past few days, same camera with Pentax 1.8/77mm Limited on a Novoflex adapter. Periodically I'd forget to stop down the lens, it seemed to show a lot of flare even pointed away from the light, and the slow jiggly refresh on the Olympus VF2 gave me a headache! First time using the 240 like this, so maybe one can get used to it...

Considering what gear to take to Hawaii for a couple weeks in Nov...

For the past year or so, my Yashica-D with the Yashikor lens has been my favorite. Every time I try another format or camera, I always find myself going back to my lovely TLR.
