So... what's the camera you broke up with because it's too heavy/bulky/un ergonomic ?
I love my Nikon F2AS, but after carrying it around everyday, my shoulder hurts and it's way too slow to handle

My Olympus OM2n is the best camera I own that I never use anymore. It's a terrific camera with excellent lenses that cost next to nothing. It has nothing to do with weight or bulkiness. It just happens to not be a rangefinder, and rangefinders seem to appeal to me more these days.

My Contax G1, I love the lenses (particularly the 45mm) and the resultant images but dislike the viewfinder and automation. I have had three different G systems now. I have a weird love-meh relationship with them..

#10 Cirkut, but worth packing is the $ is right. Hard to beat a 10" x 6' negative.

Yashica CC. I guess those big beautiful OM viewfinders have tempered my RF lust.

Shooter of Film...
That would be my Nikon FE...I took thousands of shots using Velvia 50 with it...haven't used it since getting the F4 or F5...I loved the meter on that FE...the F5's meter isn't too shabby either...

Not sure how long is 'anymore' but I have left my F4e sitting for a few months now, and I am longing for smaller cameras. It does its job admirably though, but sometimes it is too bulky to be carried about. That would be my Nikon FE...I took thousands of shots using Velvia 50 with it...haven't used it since getting the F4 or F5...I loved the meter on that FE...the F5's meter isn't too shabby either...

The Olympus Om2n - great camera with a great set of lenses, but my Leica CL has replaced that for street stuff and I prefer the Hasselblad in the studio.

Probably Leica M3, it's a lot to carry around for a 35mm frame, considering how small medium format cameras get. It's a simply amazing camera though.

My Nikon FG. So much so that I finally sold it. I much prefer to use my EM (modified to shoot non A.I. lenses) and N8008s. The FG is a light, small, fun little SLR, but the lack of an AE lock was a constant source of frustration.
I feel your pain w/ the F4. Just get an N8008s. Wonderfully full featured camera, spot metering, etc. Paid $20 for mine. My all time favorite SLR.

Not large, but in the late 90s and early 2000s I never went anywhere without a pair of Minox 8x11 cameras - EC/BL/AX/AXs one with Fuji 800 and the other with Kodak 100.
The iPhone does that role far more easily these days; I've not slit any film in years.

Favorite... That would have to be the Minolta CLE. Two of them, actually, as if one is good two is better, right? Wonderful little cameras. Nothing at all keeping them on the shelf except that I've gone all digital. Have not shot a roll of film in 4 years...

Konica Hexar... Why in the world did I sell them? Seemed like a good idea at the time; had too many cameras and decided to trim down. Of everything that I did get rid of, this was the wrong choice..

My Mamiya 6 or Leica M4. Every time I bring a camera anywhere, it's for work purposes so whenever I have time off, I try to enjoy not having something heavy hanging off either shoulder...

My Canon F1... Beautiful in black paint but it feels like a boat anchor compared to my Leicas
At least it has a good spot in the cabinet.
