Your favorite camera that you use the most?

Absolute favorite new Leica CL
Favorite SLR Nikon FE2
Favorite Rangefinder. Leica M7
Lenses from FE2 and M7 work great on CL. Easy to focus.
Use all of them.
Dan

This is close to my own favorite list: Nikon FE2 (FM3a is close); Leica M7; Hasselblad 500CM and SWC; Fuji X100, X20.

Right now I'm having a blast using the Sony a6000 with a Tamron 35-70 3.5 MF lens.
It's giving great saturation in color and very nice tones in B&W.
I love using the back screen to focus and frame...it's easier on the eyes than looking through a viewfinder with glasses...

Dear Board,

Truthfully I haven't had much chance to get out and shoot lately, but when I have it's been with a Panasonic FZ200 and/or a Fuji Fine Pix S-1.

But the days are getting longer and the weather is improving so I'll be leaving for work earlier and getting home later because I'll resume my habit of checking for photo ops while commuting to and from work.

Regards,

Tim Murphy

Sony A7ii w/Micro Nikkor 55 2.8 is the latest favorite. Lens changes more than the camera body these days so it's Nikkor 24, Series E 100, and Nikkor 35 1.4 as the follow ups.

Most frequently used camera is a Nikon FA.
Most frequently used favorite is my black Nikon F2 but it doesn't get used that much.
It does get used more frequently than my favorite camera, my Leica M4.

Black Leica M4. I used this camera almost exclusively for one year now (71 rolls of 135-36 since February 2017 when the camera came back from service at DAG), I also shot 6 rolls in my Nikonos V and one in my S2 during the same time.

Jsrockit, between this thread and your one about five favourite lenses you're going to build up a real good profile of RFF members.
My fave camera is the Leica CL (film) because it's small, lightish, has a semi-spot meter and takes my favourite focal lengths - 35 (using the whole viewfinder), 50 and 90. I just wish it felt more sturdy and smooth, like my 2nd favourite, the MP with 0.58 vf.
Having said that, right now I'm breaking in (taming) a new Leica CL (digital), which has wonderful image quality, takes my RF lenses very well and is quite compact, but is otherwise yet another capable digital camera.

Fuji X-Pro1 with Fuji 35/2.

Of course I could also include Fuji X100S (built in 23/2) and Fuji X-T1 with Fuji 14/2.8 and Ricoh GRII (built in 18.3/2.8) but since I was only asked for one camera, I won't do that.

I like the auto exposure cameras for fast shooting.
In 35 mm that’s the
Nikon F3
Leica M7.

Right now I’m on a road trip with the Fuji GF670.
So compact when folded up, but gives big 6x7 cm images.

I’m all over the ball park with a favorite camera.

I like my iPhone and iPad mini. Easy to use and one of them usually is in my pocket.

But I also like medium format, last time my wife and I were visiting my daughter and her family I took a Rolleiflex and used TMax100 film. Going out there in a few weeks and I’m thinking 35mm film camera with either a 50 or 28 lens. Just one lens and one camera body.

Digital, I still use my Canon DSLR stuff.

Now when I travel it’s one digital camera and one film camera.

Clear as mud!

I'd have to say my F2AS is my new favorite, but that's just because it's the newest addition to the bunch. It has the added ability to use AI lenses, so I have a wider array to choose from. Sentimental favorite is the S2, followed by a non-metered F (or F2, once I get a plain prism finder for it). For digital, the D300s. It actually does get the most use, but that's because I take photos at events with it.

Yeah, I'm a Nikon nut. But right behind them are my LTM derivatives (Canon, Yashica, Nicca, Zorki).

01) for work related and social media: Fuji x100t (35mm equiv.)
02) for myself in 2017: Nikon F3P and AI-S 50mm f/1.2
03) for myself in 2018: Leica MP and 28mm f/2.8 Elmarit-M ASPH

Historically it's about 50-50 for (02) and (03)

Ricoh GR.

I have some Leica (film) and Fuji (digital) cameras that I also use but the Ricoh GR is the camera I use the most. It is remarkable.
