My black M3 DS has grown on me since it became the only M body in my bag.

There's an M2 coming now, but the black M3 has so much of a head start that the M2 will always be a nice second.

I fixed my Horseman 970 (new beam splitter) and shot it handheld at an outdoor costume Dickens Festival last weekend, über-cool 🙂

However, I would have to vote my Mamiya C330f Pro. I have four lenses with it and it is in perfect mechanical and optical condition. I'm not using it much but the results are spectacular every time.

I thought your 9x12 might be on the list. Have you not used it? Even with aux lenses they are still a joy with that large negative.

In my case, 9x12 is on my list for that reason, even though I don't use any of them that much.

I use my XA a fair amount. My new Contax 167mt is getting a lot of use. It is quickly becoming a favorite and getting me to become more involved in photography again as I experiment with it. I don't have time, but with this one I am making time. Right now, if I were picking only one, even the short time I have had it, it is a favorite.

But of course, the Fujica ST 901 will always be a user. But mine are not happy with the Contax 167mt right now, and the FX 103 switches between bouts of crying and rage. 😀

for me this was the year of the ROLLEIFLEX 3.5...... what a joy to use (and it is the same age as me)

My Pen FV gave a lot of love this year, but the M3 finally allowed me to focus with consistant accuracy in low light at 1.2. Who can argue with a mate that helps you be better than you are without.

ARAX 60 with Carl Zeiss Flektogon 50mm, Carl Zeiss Biometar 80mm, Carl Zeiss Biometar 120mm and Carl Zeiss Sonnar 180mm

Runners up:
Fuji GSW690 and Fuji GA645i

The Arax is no RF but I' m a Zeissaholic and the ARAX is a nice camera to use them, after my Pentacon 6 broke down.

Bronica RF 645. So easy to use, stunning negatives.

Although I don't use it as much, I'm constantly impressed with the quality of images that the old Ercona II 6x9 folder produces.

Unfortunately all the cameras which I used left me dissatisfied. But it could also be that the more cameras and lenses one have the more options and the more distractions.
