The one on my camera, of course! Gen5, tabbed focus. I specifically went after the tabbed version. Do wish that I had dad's 1964 M3 with Gen3... it vanished when our house was ripped off in the mid 1980s :-(.
Anyway -- two with Gen5:

I like my Cron50 version 4 (from 1972), nice soft on wide-wide open (half click before f2.0), 0.7m min focus distance, 10 blades aperture - and i using it for color and b\w films

I've been using a collapsible Summicron for awhile, but I've found it to be very flare-prone. I went looking around for a rigid Summicron today, but I couldn't find a decent one for a good price.
Most of the lenses I looked at were either beat up or scratched up, and after awhile I gave up looking. As I was walking home, I stopped by a small used gear shop I know, and they had a mint DR Summicron with it's set of eyes. I've never seen such a clean lens unless it was still in it's original box. I couldn't find a mark on the glass or metal, and the price was lower than what I had seen a couple of the battered lenses selling for, so I grabbed it.
I attached it to my M4 as soon as I left the shop, and shot a couple of rolls of film. I'll shoot a couple more rolls tomorrow and develop the lot on Tuesday, I'm looking forward to seeing how well this lens performs.

I have a dual range which I love and a black one with "50" and built in hood which is probably my most used (and most used looking) lens. BUT none of the lenses in the poll are my favourite. My favourite is a CHROME version with "50" and built in hood.

I voted for a Version 6: Black with "50" & built-in hood, but I really like the look of the "Black Paint" one, wich comes with "MP Classic Kit" (500 made) and has the same optics as a last version.

Simply love the Rigid Summicron, low contrast with high resolution, great for my BW work.

I have the collapsible (M-version). I like it, but I never really tried another version so I'm not voting yet.
