If I had to choose from what I already own, it would either be between a GR1, or a William Littman with a 150mm 5.6 Caltar.

A year ago I'd have said a .58MP and the 28/2.0 ASPH. Today I'll say the M9 and the 35/1.4 pre-ASPH. But I'll waffle.
Just get another one Doug. They're easily available in mint condition on ebay. Buy one and use it up like you did the first one. Greatest small camera ever hands down.
I suppose the contax t3, with its fixed 35mm f2.8 lens is my chosen combo. Admittedly it's on its last leg (but who isn't) so I'll be looking to swap it out with perhaps a digital version, if and when such a device is made available.

Two months ago my choice would have been very different. Now it's a M3 with 50mm collapsible Summicron. - Jim

The Rollei 35 with Sonnar lens is 40mm f/2.8. The Tessar, Triotar or Xenar were f/3.5.

Currently, I am infatuated with my Retina IIa and its fixed Schneider-Kreuznach 50mm f/2 Xenon. Ask me in a month again.
