I am not sure if this is a proper question for this forum, has anyone purchased from a seller on EBAy whose seller ID is:
photo-arsenal-worldwide
i am looking for anyone that has purchased from them or knows of their business practice? they have good feedback but i do not trust ebay in general.
any info would be greatly appreciated

Overpriced, fixes own rating, look at feedback history and you will see that they have dodged a lot of bullets by giving buyer a negative feedback in return and then its mutually withdrawn. Their real positive % is probably around 70%. They do have about anything you want, but you need to pay a good premium. I would personally never buy from them after hearing lots of horror stories from buyers.

Which buyers have you spoken to and heard "horror stories"? Ten or twenty of them? You have their telephone numbers?

How many negatives did they leave for buyers recently? They fixed their own rating? Just estimate. 20 or so in the last six months? Or three or four? I'm curious since you're pretty positive they left negatives for buyers and mutually withdrew in the last six or eight months.

I'm always looking for help from people who are really familiar with eBay, like yourself. I don't know that much about it.

I had a horror story where I was sold a 50 lux with "mint glass". I asked them twice about the glass condition and both times was told it was absolutely mint and like new.

When it arrived there were scratches on both front and rear elements - they admitted they don't check their second hand goods if they come from Leica. I had to ship it to Hong Kong and wait 3 weeks for a refund, quite frustrating and I lost a bundle paying shipping both ways.

So the lens was a sealed refurbished lens from Leica? How bad were the scratches?

Something tells me that your last sentence is pretty ironic? 😉

YOU said 6-8 months. Last time I checked sellers cant leave negative feedback. I dont have their telephone numbers. Is that a requirement for posting on the Internet? Search arsenal here and read for yourself. People I consider friends have told me horror stories. People I dont know so well have told me horror stories. Do they all lie? I dont know. They might. Who am I to know?
