It would be unlikely for thrid parties like Don to hold parts for Cosina cameras since they have no connection with the company.
I'd go from one to another:
1. Zeiss USA
2. Carl Zeiss in their Oberkochen headquarter, you'd have to ship the camera to Germany
3. Cosina, Japan, where the most demanding repairs would take place in. They do not take oversea inquiries.
Always email or call before you send the camera in. You'll be asked to fill out a cover letter Zeiss has somewhere on its website.
Four years ago I sent my ZI to Oberkochen to have its cracked base plate replaced and rangefinder calibrated. It took a month and costed €95 plus shipping, which was surprisingly little compared to the estimate I'd set my mind upon.
Do rest assured that the camera can be repaired. It's not been long since its discontinuation and parts supply should be ample, somewhere in the world.
