in addition to the photos to which Tom A has linked and those to which I linked, there are some on flickr at the C Biogon group, above.
i used to have the Biogon 35/2 until I gave it to my girlfriend. It's her only 35. That pretty much says what I think. I on the other hand already have another 35, and it's a big one, so the C Biogon is better specified for my kit.
I am partial to the sort of compromises adopted by the ZM line of lenses and the image quality they offer--even to amateurs like me.

I think the CV 35mm f1.4 is a sleeper of a classic lens.

i have ben looking at a 35mm 1.4 cv lenes. I have 35mm f2. leica summicron.,the 3 one, I find this lenes very good at 11, -2.8 ,nat so good at 2. I wark at documenting people. in low light., ,flim ,no phot shop. So,i have ben looking at the zeiss 35mmf2.8,hopping it look like a classic lenes.i would by used 40mm 1.4 or 35mm 1.4 ,35mm 1.2 cv lenes .with it ....how sharp is 40mm1.4 to 35mm1,4 f.11-1.4, is it as good as the canon 50mm1.4. al so what is barrel distortion.
