ZM Biogon f2 35mm perfect 35mm RF lens? Show your examples

Stupidly, I sold my ZM Biogon 35 to buy an Olympus OMD EM-5. Happily, I just acquired another copy from the RFF classifieds. Looking forward to resuming work.

The 2/35 Biogon is an amazing lens that surprisingly gets little coverage in the forums. It is one of the very best lenses that I ever used.

Wonderful dimensionality:

and absolutely stunning detail, see whole image first...:

Finally, it is (to my knowledge) the commercial lens (i.e. excluding special lenses for scientifical purposes) with the lowest degree of geometric distortion.
For architecture lovers it's a must, even if 35mm is sometimes narrow for architectural use.
But one can always stitch multiple images - the absence of distortion makes the stitching a breeze.

P.S. All photos here taken with Leica M9

At a LHSA meeting in Rochester, N.Y many moons ago. Steven Sasson, designer and chief force behind the first digital camera showed of the 1975!!!! prototype. 10 000 pixels and the "memory card" was a compact cassette. The lens was pilfered from a Kodak Super 8 movie camera (down stairs from the "skunk work" that created this camera).

the 2/35 Biogon is (so far:D) the only lens I have for my M8, therefor it was the only lens I had on several trips. It really is an awesome lens, the pictures speak for themselves.

Almost all the pictures on my tumblr are taken with the Biogon (unless stated otherwise)
