ZM lens focus tension adjustable?

I've got two ZM lenses - 50 Planar and 35 Biogon 2.8. The focus tension of each is very different, with the 50 being pretty tight and the 35 pretty loose.

Is there a way to adjust them yourself? I much prefer the tighter 50, but it's really going from one to the other that bothers me.

Not that I know. Focus feel is usually to do with the viscosity of the helicoil lube. I have both those lenses and both feel light to focus.
