Ran a roll of film through my Zorki 1. I seems that I have soted out the shutter problem ans the exposure are much more even across the frame now. Not sure if the focus is spot on yet have to make a few more tests but the camera is now very useable as is and does need to be disasembled to sort out any minor focus issues.

Good shots Stuart. Exposures seem to be right, and your model is not too annoyed. :D What lens were you using?

Collapsible Industar 22. Film was APX100 in Rodinal. There is a small chip in the edge of the lens but it does not seem to show in the shots. I am very happy about that as I hope to use the Zorki 1 and the industar as my compact camera this summer. I have to run some focus tests now. These shots were mostly at F8 mostly. I also have to start taking notes as I will make the test at the begining of the roll and use the rest of the roll normally.

Nice! Exposure seems to be right and focus too. Did you use an exposure meter? On my fed i adjusted the rangfinder so many times that i got "fed" up and now i know how much it's off, also i use zone focusing... it's easyer and faster. Like your shots, the i-22 looks contrasty, like it can handle color too.
