Zorki 4 Shutter

Im playing around with a few zorkis a friend of mine had non functional. One in particular has loose shutter curtains, and I cant figure out how to tension them to work right. I have been playing around with the 2 square bolts on the bottom but cant make the second curtain get its act together.

Any help please?

The four-lobed bolts on the bottom are locknuts. Once loosened, they allow the interior slot-headed screws to be turned. These change the tension. One is for the first curtain, the other is for the second curtain.

Yes I figured that part allready 😀 but is I tension one, the other one doesnot work, and same thing is I change it back.
