Zorki 6 Film sort dial?

What does they "Film sort dial" do? It is the dial on the take up.

Does it have anything to do with ISO?

I have some 100 ISO color I was going to try out on the camera using Sunny 16, but this "Film sort dial" has me stumped.

Does the Zorki 6 have a meter built in? If it doesn't, then the "film sort dial" is only to remind the user of the kind of film in the camera. Kind may or may not refer to sensitivity.

The Zorki 6 has no meter, so the dial is a film-type reminder and has nothing to do with the camera operation. You can use it or ignore it as you choose.

Thanks. Then film is going in today and I will see if this thing works. I am armed with fedka's in on loading and use.
