Zorki 6 - Help needed please

I've just taken possession of a very nice Zorki 6 in super condition. It is cosmetically very clean and all functions operate but the film winding mechanism is very stiff and jerks at times, typical of hardened grease in the gearing etc. Does anybody know how I can remedy this problem or of a good website for info etc?

Paul's links are great for illustration but if you need text info on how to adjust the bridge here's how to do it:
http://members.myactv.net/~je205d/zorki5.htm scroll down the page and the illustrated link is also there. Adjustment and cleaning is easy disassembly can be a bit disconcerting for a newbie and watch out for the left handed threads.

Everything went great until I got to the point where the spring had to be replaced - disaster - just can't get the darn thing back in place so have abandoned the project for tonight - maybe I'll have more luck in the morning.

You don't need to wind it around as soon as the bottom hooks to the screw just turn the top hook until it reaches the hole in the lever.
