... and the most correct!
Two years ago I was a juror on a workplace discrimination suit. Five counts of discrimination and retaliation based on race and gender. We heard testimony for five (5) days and each day one of the counts would be retracted. The dismissed charges were one more rediculous than the other. In the end there was one count that the jury took to deliberation and that was determined to be unfounded. What we learned, though, was fascinating... the defendent had spent 5 years attempting to get his case to a jury. This was one of the frivoulous discrimination suits; I'm proud, nonetheless, to have served on a jury who gave it just as much consideration as if it were a legitimate discrimination suit.
