I saw this ad earlier this morning while doing a quick search for screw mount cameras sold for parts or repair.

It will be interesting to see how much that kit goes for.

PS Much as I'd like the outfit, I wouldn't dare take it out of the house in case it rained or I dropped it. So it would end up on a shelf being dusted and going rusty inside. Sad really.

I've been trying to hunt down one of these cases for a while now...seeing one with the actual content makes me weep.



I'm sure someone will snap it up for the BIN price as Radiocemetery says

Second that; I dropped out of the bidding for one when it reached £120 a while ago (this year I think).

What surprises me is that there's no one making them these days. I'd expect more than a few firms in India to be turning out very good to excellent replicas. Or else the people who make fitted gun cases, but look at what they cost.

I was kind of thinking the same thing, David... something like this really is a sort of "museum-piece", the whole kit and system case, not something that should be broken-up or knocked about... I'm (kind of glad ) it's "too nice" for me...
