Green Spotted Nose Turtle
Bought from Adorama in the US.
20x twin packs of HP5+
A roll of FP4 and Delta 100.
I'll be selling 20 rolls of the HP5+ as I will never be able to use that much before it goes sour.
Anyway, now for the important part: Piccies!

I meant not fresh. I don't actually know what film tastes like, as I have not tried it. I imagine it would be quite bitter though.Goes sour?? Who told you that?

Even when B&W film is year and years old it works just fine. As you long as you don't store it in an oven.

Three years ago I had received an expired roll of Tmax100, one of the first batches. the box was kept on display in a sunny window for years and the film came out fine without to much fogging.

Slow films do last near forever, but I have used Tri-X that was several yrs out of date and it was horrid. Fog, grain, poor tonality, loss of speed. Tmax 3200 is the worst in this regard, and Delta 3200 is probably the same...high speed films go out of date faster and do not fare well past the expiry date.

Do you think there would be a difference in the images from a roll just out of the factory and a roll a month or two before expiry?

No. I very much doubt it. Not even two or four years out of date as long as it kept in a cool place

Hi James, that should keep the Spotmatic fed for a while! But the Spottie might be more hungry than you realise!
I got 20 rolls of this through Keith recently. I've ditched the boxes and zip-bagged the rolls (in their plastic containers) and into the fridge. Freezer would be even better - it will keep for 10 years at least that way. Have fun!
