It is not exactly the most used camera, but the Minolta Dimage 7 from 2002 is still kicking. I use it for IR mainly. One should try an older digital camera to see how far the breed has evolved.

I have an old Canon G2 which I converted to IR-only. Works well.

Canon 300D. Made go to medium format after 3 years. But I still use it regulary. Only lately it has become problematic with the CF cards.

Yep. So do I.

The only digital camera I own (and have ever owned) is a Fuji S7000 which I have used extensively for 9 years or so and still use.
Occasionally it has a problem. In extreme heat the zoom operates by itself or won't operate at all. It also has a hair in the ELF that's a bit distracting. And sometimes it thinks my batteries are flat when they aren't.
Probably time I got a new one!

Still Lugging my Nikon D2x & a Set of MF Lenses around. Also works great as a weapon against Muggers.

Most regularly used is a Canon 10D. Just about as old and frequently used is a Canon G6. The G6 fell out of a jacket pocket onto concrete. About a 2-1/2 foot drop. The body came slightly ajar at a seam and I had to shave some of the plastic around zoom control to let it turn freely. Other wise it works great.

My HP 945 (5.3mp) which I bought new in 2005 (I think) produces wonderful pictures. I want my film pictures to be better, and have 'soul' etc., but my favourite shots most often come from the 945.

My old Canon G3 has been on a very extended loan but recently asked it back only because I'd like to try some IR photography with it.

My oldest is the tiny Fuji F30. It doesn't get used a lot but does produce good results. Encased in its silicon suit it's a good choice when the weather is on the fowl side. Must give it an outing.

For quite a long now I use my Nikon D90. In contrast to my analog cameras, I do not collect my digitals. Once they are too old, or broken beyond repair, I give them away and replace them with a new one.

I collect a few odd digitals, but the oldest one I still use on a regular basis is my K10D SLR from ~2006. I bought it used.
My 2008 Pentax Optio A40 is still working and taking great images, though it's on its fourth screen now. I keep breaking them.
I do have a couple Sony Mavicas I got from a friend, but they're more of a toy
The sound of the floppy disk seek when you click an image is awesome.

My Fujifilm Finepix F30 (Five years old) gets most use as it fits nicely in my handbag and gets taken everywhere.

I'm just waiting on a memory card for my new Kodak DCS 420, so I can put it to work. I've got a project lined up for, and it's going to earn it keep.
