A used Leica M10-R (black) in literally mint condition. Looking forward to using it - after a few years with the M240 I'm excited about the newer sensor's capabilities.

Lumacube 5' light stand, Ricoh Theta X.
The Lumacube is a tiny little thing, was walking around with it in my pocket and extending it when I wanted to take a shot. Theta was in a shirt pocket.
The Ricoh Theta X is wild. I'm using it sort of like a Roundshot to take equirectangular 360 degree 'flat' images. The camera is *very* different and plays by different rules. Camera not really level... doesn't matter the image will be. Don't like where the end points of the image are? It can be changed after the fact as can the pitch of the image. Don't want to be in the 360 degree image, use time shift mode and it shoots the front side and then starts a timer for you to move to the front side and then takes the rear image. No RAW support (yet??,which is a shame) but the JPEGs are pretty good. HDR works well but is a little oversaturated. Knocking down saturation a little gives a more neutral image.
The first Theta I received the rear camera seemed out of focus compared to the front lens. The replacement just arrived and both cameras are sharp. The touch screen display is well laid out and lets the camera be controlled and all settings changed without having to use a phone. The Theta IOS editing app is pretty decent but it won't save files in full resolution (60mp) but only around 6mp max. I use Affinity to remap the images and it works but is a little convoluted. Would be nice if Ricoh offered a version of Theta+ for desktops. Apparently, newer versions of Photoshop can remap the images easily but I don't have CC.
A few samples from the first one, these were remapped and cropped slightly top/bottom....

The Theta X images make me feel like I just took a very extended ride on a Tilt-a-Whirl, after too much cotton candy.

Durst F60 enlarger. I tried finding the 6x6 negative holder for the Spiratone enlarger I already had, but no luck after a couple months searching ebay. Got the F60 today - but it has the condenser for the 50mm lens.
Luckily the condenser for the 75mm was easily and cheaply found online, and is on its way. Looking forward to printing medium format!

Yup, definitely has that curvy world going on but that makes sense considering all of those shots are 360 degrees. Roundshots and swing lens cameras do the same. You can also leave the images alone to give the scrolling 360.
If you want to go for a couple of more Tilt-a-Whirl rides the Theta+ app also does Little World and Mirrorball projections which end up looking like a Dr. Strange movie.

Mamiya TLR 105mm 3.5 lens for my C220...it needs service on the shutter and I'm going to give that a try...it hasn't arrived yet. I have the 80mm 2.8 blue dot and Super 180mm lenses already and hope this one fits in how I like to frame the world around me.
The 105mm lens arrived and it's missing the aperture ring knob and possibly more inside. I haven't opened it up yet. I got it at a great price and the lenses are in great shape so I find it worth fixing. Found and bought a donor/parts lens from KEH, that should arrive Monday. I also bought a lens spanner wrench to properly take things apart. Going to take a swing at fixing the donor lens first, then go after the 105mm, since I've never worked on one of these lenses.
I contacted the ebay seller (camera store in Washington) they offered a full refund including return shipping. I decline but asked for a partial refund, they made their offer, it wasn't much but it was better than nothing...at this price I haven't found another 105 out there right now without issues of its own...and what this one will eventually cost me is half the price of a near perfect lens.

JJC HC-F Hot Shoe Cover for Fujifilm cameras.
My new Fujifilm X-E4 camera came without a hot shoe cover (I think that's normal). I live by the ocean and I'm particular about caps and covers and stuff like that so I splurged on a $1.60 hot shoe cover.
All the best,
Mike

Sam, which 105 lens did you get: 105, 105 D, or 105 DS?
As I recall, the 105 has a 4-element formulation (possibly a Tessar-type, but not sure), while the D and DS models have a 5-element Heliar formulation.

Murray, it's the 105 Black Tessar version...the glass in it looks pretty good right now and I haven't even tried to clean it yet.
The donor lens should arrive today so hopefully I can see where I stand on getting this one in working condition. Its nice to find that Mamiya used the same shutter in several versions of several different focal lengths...

I just bought a used ("like new" ) Heliar Classic 50/1.5 from the RFF Classified.
Why? Because this lens sounds to be interesting to me.

I have bought a few nice items recently:
Olympus 70mm F2 lens for my Pen FT (though judging by the crazy sale prices lately I ought to sell it).
With the lens the seller threw in an early Rollei 35 (Made in Germany not Singapore), very nice of him!
A mint condition Zeiss Ikon Super Ikonta III 531/16 with Tessar lens. I'm looking forward to using it.
Last but definitely not least, a RoBoT 1 with Tessar lens in beautiful condition. Probably from about 1936/37 and one of 30000 of this model. The quality of the metal components is superb and it came with an original RoBoT pop up lens cap and wrist chain.

Hi Mike,
Do you find these hoods are better than the Fuji ones? Just curious.

Hi Mark,
Technically I doubt they are better, possibly not as good; I don't know for sure. However, I do like the looks of the square shape and lower profile hood.
I love photography, I think I'm a pretty good photographer (debatable I'm sure) but I also love the looks of cameras and all the paraphernalia that goes with them. So, I indulge in fancy hoods, straps, this and that, it's fun!
All the best,
Mike
