Yes, I’ve been using the made-in-China Sino Promise Kodak HC-110 since 2023 with no issues whatsoever so far. When I finish the next roll of double-x, I can cut it into two halves and develop them with the Sino HC-110 and this new ADOX 110 syrup and see if there’s any difference.

Sounds like a good test!
My Adox Syrup 110 arrived two days ago. I still have a small amount of the original formula Kodak HC110. So I'm going to mix a test batch of both and process two halves of the same 35mm roll in them to see how they differ. 🙂

The Praktica LTL landed today along with the OM10 Quartz, the LTL all seems good, the lens is good but tired. The T20 that came with the OM10 doesn't want to play out but even cheap without the T20 so if I can get it going then bonus. The OM10 all works fine.
And I did try the timer on the LTL and it works!

It might be faulty memory: Kodak Rapid-Fix, maybe? But I'm pretty certain that I've used HC110 and don't recall it being syrupy.

Kodak HC-110 (original formula) was packaged several ways, I think, but the liquid concentrate is what I always bought:
It has a slightly syrupy texture when being poured.

It's a bit like washing liquid consistency. Mine has turned this colour as i opened it back in 2011.

My InstaxSQ film order arrived today ...
Five packs InstaxSQ B&W and six packs InstaxSQ color-black frame. I just wish Fuji would do InstaxSQ B&W with black frames too.
My NONS InstaxSQ back for Hasselblad and InstaxSQ Mini-35 Leica back are going to get some exercise. One of these days I might look into buying a bona fide InstaxSQ camera, I think. 😉

Crap. Sometimes I put starting bids on eBay items for things that I’m sure will sell for more, but occasionally I end up with that item for the starting bid. In this case it happened with a cleanish 75 prefix black F2 with DE1 and a chrome nose Nikkor-H 50/2. Oh, well - you really can’t have too many plain prism F2s.
