Skyview Aerial Camera by Neal Wellons, on Flickr

Skyview model D 3 1/4 X 4 1/4 aerial camera. Zeiss Tessar 150mm f/4.5 lens. 5 pounds and 8 1/2" long.
I just got this yesterday and have fixed the sticky shutter and improved the focus friction. I have a a Graflex 23 roll film back on the way that will make testing and shooting easier. It looks like fun (I hope.) See tags for more

We are anxiously awaiting pictures from the camera! (I like that accessory shoe at the back -- can't imagine what it's for.)

It could be used for flash at closer distances as it focuses as close as 5'. It would be hard with this lens as there seems to be no sync socket and you would have to run the wire out the front of the camera. I've been testing the focus and shutter and I think it is ready enough for shooting some real photos. No light leaks either with my adapted Graflex 35 roll film back.
