I'm not much of a 50mm lens user. Most images I make on 35mm film are with the 21/28/35 range. After my 90, the 50 is my least used focal length, even then, I tend to use my 50mm f2.5 Color Skopar more than this Canon 50mm 1.4. I did at one time own the 50mm Noctilux & got some great images with it....but never used it enough to justify keeping it.
