Has anyone got a scan of a european print folder/envelope from the 1930s ... either from a film company or a chemist would do? I want something so I can mock-up a fake facsimile ... anyone?

Just ....

Just ....

... opened the packet and looked at what was inside.
Thought that the slides were sufficiently interesting to do a VERY ROUGH scan, and with no tweaking, post just one.

If I remember correctly this was taken on a Rollei of some sort during a trip from the Midlands to Scotland - about 1934 by my maternal grandfather. I believe he only took this one colour film, everything else being in B&W.
Sorry that this has gone a bit off topic but ....

Sparrow - try to open it again, I have just changed the settings.
This was quick scan just to ask if you were interested. I might, just might, be able to do better!

... no, that's the Stor mountains just north of Portree Isle of Skye if memory serves ... looks good but the rock's a bit too friable for climbing

This is a german one from ~1935.
The upper flap was typically removed and given to the customer as proof.

Prints were placed inside right (here with a 13x18 cm print).
Left probable for the negs (not open at top).
